Well, I'm using Amaya again. Sigh.

• <ul> = Ctrl+H Ctrl+L
• <br /> = ?
• <pre> = Ctrl+H Ctrl+P
• <a> = ?
• <p> = Cmd+Shift+Return
• <code> = ?

Hmm, I should try out some Unicode and test all the old annoyances. Some annoyances with this version:

• Removes line breaks when merging paragraphs into a <pre>
• Doesn't get the cursor position right in the <pre>
• Not obvious how to break out of the <pre> (Cmd+Shift+Return, apparently!)
