This is the 1600 quarto of Shakespeare's play, from the British Library quarto exhibition, arranged for continuous reading on a single page. This particular copy used to belong to the famous 18th century actor, David Garrick. According to my Malone Society reprint, there are only eight copies of this 1st quarto known.
