We plan to set up a monitoring site at Marfa, Texas with the ultimate goal of producing a $5,000 instrument package for use at all earth light sites. That is if we don't get real lucky and find the answer right off (ha ha). Anyway things have fallen behind schedule. My advise is to avoid universities. They are way too slow to do anything.
