Hello Mike, Last Saturday I received Albert Budden's response to your points. It consists of 16 A4 sized pages and since I haven't the time to type it all out and I don't have a scanner either, a friend of mine will scan the pages next weekend. So expect Budden's reply next week. It's very interesting stuff. I'll forward it to Mysterylights and also to a couple of other mailing list in this field.
