It helps clarify the lights I saw as mostly being the result of car headlights. I am glad you mentioned that indeed there is a road in the area and that it is twisty and has turns and dips this again helps explain some of what I saw. Is there a name for this road you mentioned? Is it a main highway? Can you tell me if it is hwy 67 ? Looks like road 159 might be only a dirt road and not enough traffic. I wonder if the real lights are visible if one approaches them closer road 159? Next time I will definitely drive these roads and time the traffic, Might even have another person stationed out counting and keeping track of the vehicles as I film from near the visitor's center. Also I plan to bring higher powered binoculars and a spotting scope and a telescope to see if I can make out double lights in the case of headlights. Have you tried these? You say..
