I am going to hire your colleague Marsha Adams ASAP to organize a Marfa monitoring site and anything else I can get her to do with the funds available. You seem to have posted something about a worldwide USGS monitoring system. How much detail will be available? Would it be possible to just visually monitor earth lights and use the USGS system for other data? If not, what instruments would you recommend? I think your TST is on the right track, but have a couple problems with some of the methodology. Thanks; Mike Grace
