I'm goint to mentioned other topics from you,as time permits. If we develop a measurement sample profile together about Kelvin, we can understand better. The subject is the creation of a measurement profile, similar profiles can be created always. We both know the Kelvin degrees of sunlight or sun . And also we know that sunlight includes many light and colour spectrums inside. So, we have a serious resource !. If we display (with good quality technical photo) sun with a filter showing only red or yellow(just a sample), the high density (d max) areas (in the picture,each colour) are equal to Kelvin degree of sun.These values can be found by measuring the voltage values of colours with a transparent film spectral photometer.So we can obtain a %99 reliable sample profile. The last thing to do is formulate and compare the spectral values of the other obtained photo, masked with the same colour filters, with it's original. It is shortly like this; but as I said, special measurement profiles can be obtained with many methods. These are the methods excluding the well-known applications of equipments and techniques told above, and new application techniques developed by us. It is a very complex subject. It is needed to have many various reliable half tone film reproductions done.To provide their reliability is a subject of another occupation and calibration or entering the formulas to the measurement equipment need some other studies. We, TUVPO, have got some of such measurement profiles prepared before. None of the profiles can be sold out, they are prepared for special necessities. The ALPs can be determined as a result of such complicated processes. But like a simple resource (sun) as told above, cannot be found any measurement profiles (skalas)where in the ALP studies. The most considerable part is the preparation of a detailed profile of various light resources.For instance when gasses are burned (or trigerred electric), they form some various colours and different profiles are prepared for every other gas as methane and radon. The light which is appeared when electric energy is discharging also has a different profile.TUVPO had developed piezoelectric measurement profile specially. I guess you know that I am having trouble as I am telling these to you in English, because I am trying to un use technical terms as much as possible. I can say that preparing such profiles takes most of our time. The measurement process is the last and the least part of the whole process. At the same time we use these datas in UFO observations too. As a result, I am a UFO related person, so do TUVPO. The ALP study is a team-work and many scientists' (in various branches) participation is needed.
