Albert Budden is a sceptic who believes that all paranormal 
reports/experiences are due to 1/electromagnetic pollution 
2/electromagnetic sensitivity problems.
ie , all reports are meaningless .
He uses information/cases that only fit his hypothesis.
He uses instruments, that I own as well, and yet he claims abilities 
to these ac mag detectors, that the devices just do not have.
