How are you? Long time no talk to. Thank you for sending the updates. In regards to the Ontario light phenomena we have taken it out of the ALP category as it is solvable. http://geocities.com/sweetspirit_2002/conclusion.html Granted this conclusion does not cover all of the reported light phenomena at this location, only the lights viewed regularly and consistently as the 'ghostlights'. Events such as I witnessed during the electrical storm should be treated separately. In that case I tend to lean towards ball lightening as the most likely explanation.
