Palmer" Hi there, > We've gotten some excellent video footage out here in > Ontario Canada along with some great pics. I'm still going > through these and will let you know when they are online. Are these on the Web yet? It's always great when someone comes up with some ALP footage! > The videos were shot in both regular mode and night > vision using zoom. Colours observed were green, white, > amber, and red. The lights appeared to split and reform > both with the naked eye and optical devices. Any questions? > Speculation? I'd like to get out there with a spectrometer > in the near future. Getting a spectrometer on the lights would be a good idea; they tried that at Hessdalen, but the results were inconclusive. You might also want to try a laser pointer, or (dare I say it), a shotgun - interaction with ALP is not often recorded, but of the two accounts I've heard of people shooting things at the lights, both times the lights "responded", once by splitting up into various colours and then reforming (gun at Hornet, as I recall), and another changing the frequency at which it flashed (laser at Hessdalen). > Any thoughts on Dr. Walker's P.P.E work? I've not come across it. Do you have a reference? Cheers, -- Kindest Regards, Sean B. Palmer http://www.mysterylights.com/
